What this site is

This site describes the consulting services offered by PS Inc and provides free resources, including the Operations Bottleneck Audit. It is informational.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. The Operations Bottleneck Audit produces a general assessment based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a professional recommendation specific to your circumstances. Business decisions you make based on anything here are your own.

Results described on this site, including specific percentages from past client work, reflect what those clients achieved in their situations. They are not a promise or a guarantee of what you will achieve.

Using this site or completing the audit does not create a consulting relationship. That begins only with a signed engagement agreement.

Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Our content

The text, images, frameworks, and materials on this site, including the Owner-Free Method, are owned by PS Inc and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or present the material as your own.

Third party links

We link to outside sites, including our scheduling tool. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PS Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed $100 USD.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
