Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This policy explains what information PS Inc collects when you use psinc.io and audit.psinc.io, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

PS Inc is a brand of Promotora Systems Inc., 2372 Morse Ave. Ste. 246, Irvine, CA 92614. You can reach us at adrianne@psinc.io.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, or complete the Operations Bottleneck Audit, we collect what you enter. That typically includes your name, email address, company name, and your answers to the audit questions.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information through analytics: pages visited, approximate location by region, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Analytics for this.

We do not collect payment information on this website. If you become a client, billing is handled separately and covered by your engagement agreement.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To deliver your audit results.
  • To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
  • To understand which content is useful so we can make the site better.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify. Newsletter subscriptions are stored in Mailchimp. Audit responses are stored in a Neon database. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and each processes data on our behalf under their terms.

How long we keep it

Audit responses and contact inquiries are retained as long as they are useful for the relationship, and we delete them on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately.

You can email adrianne@psinc.io at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us at the address above to exercise any of them.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
