How I Work
My role is advisory, not operational.
I help leaders make sense of complexity, identify structural constraints, and design systems and governance that support long-term performance. While grounded in data, analytics, and AI-informed insight, the work focuses on judgment, alignment, and clear decision-making.

I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration with research focused on AI-driven pricing optimization and applied decision-making. I’m a U.S. Air Force Veteran and currently serve in leadership and advisory roles across nonprofit, academic, and private-sector organizations.
